About Chrysis Networks

Somebody at your firm is holding it all together. We build what holds it instead.

In most small firms, one person keeps the place from slipping. They remember the inquiry that needs a call back, the extra work nobody has invoiced, the filing due Friday and the login that should have closed in the spring. When they're out for a week, you find out how much they were carrying. Chrysis Networks is a custom software and automation firm that takes that weight off them: we find the step that only works because someone remembers, and build what does the remembering.

Where the chaos comes from

Nobody designs a mess. It builds up. A firm buys good software for each job, and the work doesn't travel between those systems on its own, so people carry it, by copy and paste and by memory.

That's where it slips. A lead nobody owns. The signed change that never reaches an invoice. Deadlines tracked in someone's head, compliance records that are almost complete, stock ordered twice or not at all. Over a year, it's fees you earned and never collected, customers who went to whoever answered first, and a team tired of being the safety net.

A custom shop, on purpose

We don't resell a platform or ask you to move into one. Most of what we build is made for one firm: a small internal app where a shared spreadsheet used to be, an integration between the system your team works in and the one that bills, a check that alerts a named person the day something stalls.

Some of it uses AI, to read the invoices and forms that arrive in the same shape every week. Plenty doesn't: a plain scheduled job is often cheaper and easier to trust. All of it is built inside the systems you already run.

Who we work with

Owner-led firms, usually 5 to 50 people, where work passes between people and software all day: specialty and trade contractors, engineering and architecture practices, small law firms, accounting, bookkeeping and tax offices, and the office side of dental practices (we stay out of patient records). Often the way in is a CRM nobody set up properly, or a website whose enquiry form nobody trusts.

Size matters less than the handoff. We're a fit when one step eats a couple of staff hours a week, or when a single miss has already cost more than fixing it would.

What we do

Custom software, automation and integrations. Connections between your field, project, practice, CRM and accounting systems, plus internal tools nobody sells off the shelf.

Custom software and automation

Practical AI, with a person approving. The paperwork pile, read first and queued for your team. Nothing that pays, sends or changes access happens without a yes.

Practical AI

Infrastructure, identity and websites. Accounts that close the day someone leaves, migrations rehearsed before the real move. And websites you own outright, with the form tested to a real inbox.

How we work

Order comes from habits. Ours are plain:

  • We check what your software already does first, and tell you when a setting you already pay for fixes it, even if that means there's no project.
  • Fixed scope and price in writing before work starts, with the acceptance test that decides when it's done.
  • A person on your side approves anything consequential.
  • Switch off what we built and the manual way still works. Nothing is deleted or moved.
  • Documented, under your own admin, and yours. Our access comes out at handover.
  • No retainer.

Why we do this

Software keeps changing under small firms, and so do the rules about what has to be kept. A twelve-person firm absorbs all of it with an office manager and the owner's evenings.

Chrysis Networks exists to be the steady part of that picture. Careful, exact work that makes a firm harder to knock over, and adapts when the firm does. Good systems are strict about what can't slip (a deadline, a record, an invoice) and forgiving about what people get wrong on a busy Tuesday. We build for both. What we're after is an owner who can take a week off without the place quietly coming apart.

Built and run by us

Here's what we've built and run ourselves: onboarding and offboarding automation, an access review that checks Active Directory changes against Jira tickets, scripted restore tests through the Cohesity API, Compass (a finance app at privatecompass.app), this website, and our own Microsoft 365 mail with DMARC at its strictest setting. None of it is client work. All of it is the plumbing your handoffs need. Chrysis Networks is a Microsoft Partner and a Pax8 Partner.

Asked and answered

What kind of company is Chrysis Networks?

Chrysis Networks is a custom software and automation firm based in Marietta, Georgia, working with owner-led small businesses across the US. It builds custom tools, integrations, CRM setups, workflows for firms on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and human-reviewed AI that catch the handoffs firms keep missing, such as unbilled work, unanswered inquiries, missed deadlines and incomplete compliance records. Infrastructure, identity and business websites are part of the work too.

Does Chrysis Networks use AI in everything it builds?

No. Chrysis uses AI where documents or messages arrive in a repeatable shape and a person can review the output, such as invoices and intake forms, and uses plain automation or custom code everywhere else. A person at the client firm approves anything consequential, and nothing that pays, sends or changes access happens without that approval.

How does Chrysis Networks decide what to build?

Chrysis times the handoff as it runs today, then weighs four options in order: changing the process, switching on a feature the firm already licenses, using an existing connector, or building something narrow and custom. Custom work is chosen only when the cheaper options can't do the job, and the scope, fixed price and acceptance test are agreed in writing before work starts.

Who owns what Chrysis Networks builds?

The client does. Chrysis builds inside the client's own systems, hands over documentation under the client's admin accounts and removes its own access at handover, with no retainer required. Switching the work off leaves the manual process intact, with nothing deleted or moved.

Which step only works because someone remembers?

Tell us the handoff and the software it touches. Within one business day you'll get a written reply: whether it fits, what a fixed price would cover, and the first thing we'd check. No call needed.
