# Terms of use.

The rules for using this website. Paid work is covered by a separate signed agreement.

Effective: October 29, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of chrysisnetworks.com. Please read them. Our [Privacy Policy](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/privacy-policy>) explains how we handle personal information, and it forms part of these Terms.

## 1. Who we are and agreeing to these Terms

1\.1 The website at chrysisnetworks.com, including its pages, blog and forms (the "Site"), is operated by Chrysis Networks LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Chrysis Networks", "we", "us" or "our"). "You" means the person using the Site and, where you use it for a business, that business too.

1\.2 By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1\.3 You must be at least 18 years old to send us an enquiry. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these Terms for it.

## 2. What these Terms cover

2\.1 These Terms cover use of the Site only.

2\.2 Any paid work we do is governed solely by a written proposal, statement of work or other agreement signed by you and us (an "Engagement Agreement"). These Terms don't add to, amend or form part of any Engagement Agreement. If these Terms and an Engagement Agreement conflict, the Engagement Agreement prevails.

2\.3 The Site describes our services, prices, turnaround times, acceptance tests, remedies and how ownership of finished work is handled. Those descriptions explain our standard offers. They are not an offer that can be accepted by sending a form, and sending a form doesn't create a contract or a client relationship. No work starts until an Engagement Agreement is signed, and the binding terms for any engagement, including scope, price, acceptance testing, remedies and ownership of deliverables, are the ones in that Engagement Agreement.

2\.4 We may correct errors in published prices or descriptions at any time before an Engagement Agreement is signed.

## 3. General information, not professional advice

3\.1 Everything on the Site, including blog articles, guides, examples, prices and estimates, is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical or clinical, compliance, engineering or other professional advice, and it is not advice about your particular systems or circumstances.

3\.2 Don't rely on Site content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Reading the Site or sending us an enquiry does not create a professional relationship with us.

3\.3 Figures on the Site, such as time saved, volumes or costs, are examples or estimates unless the Site expressly says otherwise. They are not promises of results.

## 4. Blog and content accuracy

4\.1 Blog articles are researched and written with the help of AI tools.

4\.2 Articles about third-party products describe them as we understood them on the article's date. Vendors change features, plans, prices and deadlines, often without notice, and an article may be incomplete, contain errors or go out of date. Check the vendor's current documentation before acting on anything you read here.

4\.3 We may update, correct or remove any content at any time and have no duty to keep it current.

## 5. Enquiries and what you send us

5\.1 The Site has a contact form, a project planner and a short fit check. They are there so you can ask us to get in touch about work.

5\.2 Don't send us confidential or regulated information through the Site. That includes:

- patient or health records, or any other health information;
- Social Security numbers or other government identification numbers;
- payment card or bank account details;
- passwords, keys or other access credentials;
- personal details about your employees, clients or other people, beyond what's needed for us to reply.

We don't accept that kind of information through the Site. If you send it anyway, we may delete it, and we're not responsible for it to the extent the law allows.

5\.3 Except as our Privacy Policy describes, we don't treat what you send through the Site as confidential, and sending it doesn't create a confidentiality agreement. If you need to share confidential information with us, ask for a written confidentiality agreement first.

5\.4 You confirm that what you send is accurate, that you're entitled to send it, and that it doesn't include anyone else's personal information unless you have the right to share it with us.

5\.5 You keep ownership of what you send. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, store and process it to reply to you, to assess and scope the work you ask about, to keep business records, and to operate and protect the Site. If you send suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you.

5\.6 We use automated checks to stop spam and abuse. A submission that trips them may be discarded without notice, even though the page shows it as sent. We don't promise to reply to every enquiry. If you haven't heard from us, email [info@chrysisnetworks.com](<mailto:info@chrysisnetworks.com>).

## 6. What we collect, how we use it, and what we don't collect

6\.1 Our [Privacy Policy](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/privacy-policy>) is the controlling document for personal information. This section is a summary. If it differs from the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy controls.

6\.2 What we collect:

- **What you type into our forms.** The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, plus an optional answer about volume. The project planner asks what you need, your name and email address, and optionally your company, the systems you use and your timing, and it adds a line naming the page you started from. The fit check asks three short questions and your email address.
- **Where it goes.** Each accepted submission is emailed to our business mailbox, with your email address set as the reply address, and a copy is recorded as a lead in a customer records system that we host ourselves.
- **Server logs.** Every page request reaches our server, which logs your IP address, the time, the full address requested (including any campaign tags or ad click IDs in the link), the page that sent you if your browser passes it on, and your browser details.
- **Site statistics, session recordings and Google's ads tag,** as described in section 7 and in the Privacy Policy.
- **An optional campaign note** recording which of our ads or links brought you here, only while ad tracking is on (section 7).

6\.3 How we use it: to reply to you and scope the work you ask about; to provide services under an Engagement Agreement; to run, secure and troubleshoot the Site; to count visits and see which pages and sources lead to enquiries; to fix parts of the Site that confuse visitors; to measure which of our ads lead to enquiries; and to meet legal obligations. The Privacy Policy gives the detail.

6\.4 What we don't collect or do:

- The Site has no user accounts, logins or passwords, and no client portal.
- The Site takes no payments and never asks for card or bank details. Invoicing happens outside the Site.
- The Site doesn't accept file uploads.
- We don't run a mailing list or newsletter. Sending an enquiry doesn't sign you up for one.
- We don't sell personal information.
- The Site has no chat widgets, no embedded videos, maps or booking tools, and no social media tracking pixels.
- Our site statistics and the enquiry signal sent to Google Ads never include anything you typed into a form.
- The campaign note goes only to us, with your enquiry email. We don't put it in our customer records system or send it to Google or any other ad platform.
- Our site tells Google's ads tag that your data may not be used to personalize ads, whatever cookie choice you make.

6\.5 To ask for a copy, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, use the contact details in section 18 or see the Privacy Policy.

## 7. Cookies, analytics and your choices

7\.1 The first time you visit, a banner asks about one optional setting, ad tracking. It's off on the page where you arrive. It turns on if you choose Accept optional, or if you go to another page on the Site or send a form without answering the banner. Choose Necessary only and it stays off. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link on every page.

7\.2 Necessary storage. The Site stores your banner answer in a cookie named \_\_Host-chrysis\_consent. It holds no ID for you and lasts 180 days.

7\.3 Ad tracking, only while it's on:

- the Site keeps a campaign note in a cookie named \_\_Host-chrysis\_campaign for no more than 72 hours;
- Google's ads tag may set Google advertising cookies on the Site, such as \_gcl\_au;
- Microsoft Clarity may set its cookies on the Site, such as \_clck and \_clsk.

Switching ad tracking off clears the campaign note and the Google and Clarity cookies stored on the Site. It can't reach cookies those companies keep on their own domains, or anything already sent to them.

7\.4 Whatever you choose:

- Plausible Analytics counts visits on every page without cookies;
- Microsoft Clarity records scrolling, mouse movement, taps and clicks on every page, masked as the Privacy Policy describes;
- Google's ads tag runs on every page. While ad tracking is off it sets no cookies on the Site, but it still sends Google short reports of the pages you open and a signal when an enquiry is sent;
- Microsoft and Google may set or read cookies on their own domains when their scripts load.

7\.5 Blocking JavaScript or analytics scripts in your browser stops our site statistics and session recordings.

## 8. Third-party services and links

8\.1 The Site relies on outside services, including Cloudflare, which delivers the Site and passes every request through its network, and Plausible Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Google Ads. Each handles what it receives under its own terms and privacy policy, which we don't control.

8\.2 The Site links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link isn't an endorsement.

8\.3 Names of third-party products and companies on the Site, including Microsoft and Pax8 and the partner programs we're listed in, belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean those companies endorse the Site or are responsible for our work.

## 9. Acceptable use

9\.1 You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not:

- probe, scan or test the Site or our systems for vulnerabilities, attempt to break into them, or run load or stress tests against them;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, or get around our rate limits, security measures or cookie controls;
- send automated, bulk or repeated submissions through our forms, or use them to send spam, advertising or chain messages;
- send anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing or malicious, including malware or links to it;
- impersonate anyone, or submit someone else's contact details without their permission;
- scrape, copy or harvest the Site in a way that burdens it, or harvest contact details from it for marketing;
- frame the Site or present its content as your own.

9\.2 Search engines and AI answer services may crawl and index the Site if they follow our robots.txt and rate limits.

9\.3 If you think you've found a security problem with the Site, please tell us at [info@chrysisnetworks.com](<mailto:info@chrysisnetworks.com>) instead of testing it further, and don't access, change or keep any data you come across.

## 10. Intellectual property

10\.1 The Site and its content, including text, blog articles, graphics, design, code and the Chrysis Networks name and logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

10\.2 You may view the Site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. You may quote short excerpts if you credit Chrysis Networks and link to the source page. Any other copying, republishing, adapting or commercial use needs our written permission.

10\.3 You may not use our name, logo or other marks in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you, without our written permission.

10\.4 These Terms don't grant or transfer any rights in work we create for a client. Ownership of deliverables and any related licenses are set by the Engagement Agreement.

10\.5 If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, email [info@chrysisnetworks.com](<mailto:info@chrysisnetworks.com>) with the page address and the details of your claim.

## 11. Disclaimer of warranties

11\.1 The Site and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy.

11\.2 We don't warrant that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or current.

11\.3 This section doesn't affect any warranty or remedy set out in an Engagement Agreement.

## 12. Limitation of liability

12\.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.

12\.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is limited to US$100.

12\.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any other liability that can't be limited or excluded under applicable law.

12\.4 Liability for paid work is governed by the Engagement Agreement, not by this section.

## 13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Chrysis Networks LLC and its members, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or anything you send through the Site.

## 14. Suspension and termination of access

14\.1 We may suspend, restrict or end your access to all or part of the Site at any time, without notice, including by blocking addresses, senders or traffic, if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms or to protect the Site, our systems or other users.

14\.2 We may change, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time.

14\.3 Sections 3, 4, 5.5, 10 through 13, 15 and 17 survive the end of your use of the Site.

## 15. Governing law and venue

15\.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

15\.2 Any such dispute must be brought only in the state courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts.

15\.3 The Site is operated from the United States. We make no claim that it is appropriate or lawful to use outside the United States.

## 16. Changes to these Terms

16\.1 We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. The change takes effect on that date.

16\.2 Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the new version. A change won't apply to a dispute that arose before it took effect.

## 17. General

17\.1 **Entire agreement.** These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Site, and replace any earlier terms for the Site. They don't replace an Engagement Agreement.

17\.2 **Severability.** If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the rest of the Terms stays in effect.

17\.3 **No waiver.** If we don't enforce a right or a provision, that doesn't waive it. A waiver only counts if we give it in writing.

17\.4 **Assignment.** You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign ours, including as part of a merger, sale of assets or reorganization.

17\.5 **Events beyond our control.** We're not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of networks, hosting or third-party services.

17\.6 **No third-party beneficiaries.** Only you and we have rights under these Terms, apart from the people protected by section 13.

17\.7 **Notices.** We may give you notice by email to an address you've given us, or by posting it on the Site. You may give us notice by email to the address in section 18.

17\.8 **Interpretation.** Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means including without limitation.
