For small firms in construction, engineering, law, accounting and dental

# Missed leads. Unbilled work. Deadlines at risk.

If you're the only thing stopping work from falling through the cracks, something already has.

We find the handoff that keeps slipping and build what catches it, mostly custom, in software you already run.

## Where it slips, and what it costs

Different trades, same weak spot. Work moves from one person or system to the next, and it only arrives if somebody remembers to send it. Here's where that usually breaks.

### Engineering and architecture firms

An approved scope change that never makes it onto an invoice. The extra services get done, and nobody asks for the fee.

Example arithmetic: one $1,500 extra service missed a month is $18,000 a year of free work.

[See how we help engineering and architecture firms](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/who-we-help/engineering-and-architecture-firms>)

### Specialty and trade contractors

A signed T\&M ticket that never becomes a priced change order. A payment logged in the field app that never shows up in QuickBooks.

Example arithmetic: one $4,000 change order written off a month is $48,000 a year.

[See how we help contractors](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/who-we-help/specialty-contractors>)

### Law firms

A new inquiry nobody calls back, because the person who handles intake was out that day. They hire whoever answered first, and the ad that brought them in is money gone.

[Describe the handoff](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/#contact>)

### Accounting, bookkeeping and tax offices

Client documents still missing in March, with no one owning the chase. An e-file rejection sitting unanswered. A former employee's login that still works.

[Describe the handoff](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/#contact>)

### Dental offices

Supplies that run out midweek or get ordered twice. A login from someone who left in the spring. We stay out of patient records.

[Describe the handoff](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/#contact>)

Something else? Approvals that live in email threads, where nobody can find them three months later, are the same problem in different clothes. Tell us the step that slips.

## Mostly custom, built around the tools you already run

You don't need another platform to move into. Usually what's missing is the piece between the systems you already have: a small internal app, a connection from your project or field software to QuickBooks, a CRM that finally gives every lead an owner, or a check that pings a named person the day something stalls. Sometimes it's a setting you already pay for. We'll tell you that too, even when it means there's no project.

### Custom software, automation and integrations

Nothing re-keyed. Nothing forgotten.

Your field, project, practice and accounting systems each do their job, and the work falls through the gap between them. We build what connects them, and what catches the miss when one fails.

- Integrations between the system your team works in and the one that bills
- CRM setup and repair, so every lead gets an owner and every won deal becomes a job
- Small internal tools where a shared spreadsheet used to be
- Microsoft 365 workflows for intake, approvals, onboarding and offboarding. On Microsoft 365, it's often the quickest place to start.

![A gold beam split by a prism, passing through a brass frame](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/resources/images/svc-ai.webp>)

### Practical AI, with a person approving

The paperwork pile, read first. Your people decide.

Invoices, intake forms and client documents that arrive in the same shape every week get read and sorted into a queue someone on your team clears. Anything the model isn't sure of waits for a person. Nothing that pays, sends or changes access happens without a yes.

![A tidy server rack with neatly strapped cables and amber status lights](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/resources/images/svc-infrastructure.webp>)

### Infrastructure, identity and websites

The login that comes out on time. The form that reaches a person.

Staff accounts that close the day someone leaves. Servers and migrations rehearsed before the real move. Microsoft 365 sign-in security that's actually switched on. And websites you own outright, quick on a phone, with the enquiry form tested to a real inbox before launch. No ranking promises; anyone selling you one is guessing.

[More on infrastructure and hosting](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/services/it-infrastructure>) [The Website Build](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/services/website-build>)

Restore testing is a specialty: one workload restored into isolation, booted, checked and written up with a date on it ([how we built ours](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/proof/restore-validation-pipeline>)).

## What you get back

Hours back every week, estimated with your own numbers before anything is built. Fewer things slipping between people. And you stop being the safety net, because a named person gets the alert instead of nobody.

**How we keep it safe to say yes:** We check what your software already does before we build anything. We build only what's missing. A person approves anything consequential. You get it documented, under your own admin, and you can switch it off yourself: nothing is deleted, nothing is moved, and the manual way still works.

## How we work: the method

Same sequence every time. Test the thing before you trust it, choose the smallest intervention that fixes something, then build it so it survives your team owning it. A green status light is a claim. The test run is the assay.

I

### Diagnose

Understand the work as it happens.

Nothing gets built before something gets measured. On a fixed-price project that's the first stretch of the work: we time the workflow as it runs today, or map what the system depends on, and reproduce the failure where there is one. Then we agree the target and write the acceptance test. Sometimes the answer is a setting you already pay for, and you'll hear that from us even when it means there's no project.

II

### Design

Choose the smallest sound intervention.

Four options go on the table: change the process, use a feature you already license, use an existing connector, or build something narrow. Custom has to win out loud. Then the unglamorous part: access scope, blast radius, licensing, what happens when a step fails, and who maintains this in eighteen months when the person who asked for it has moved on.

III

### Engineer

Build end-to-end. Leave it operable.

Build it across everything it touches, then test the failure paths too, because the half-working case is the one nobody has looked at. Acceptance tests get agreed before delivery. Then comes the handover: documentation, operating guidance, and a plain statement of who owns what. Fortify it, then refine it, then leave.

The whole philosophy in three words: *resilience through precision.*

## What it costs

First projects are small on purpose, with the scope and the acceptance test in writing before work starts.

The Workflow Fix: $3,500 fixed for one handoff, about 10 business days once access and inputs are ready.

One intake, approval, onboarding or offboarding process, a CRM-to-delivery step, or one handoff between systems, with the copy-and-paste and the chasing taken out of it. On Microsoft 365 we build it inside your own tenant; elsewhere, on n8n or Make. A job that's clearly smaller or bigger gets a written quote between $3,000 and $4,500 before you commit. Software and licenses sit outside the price. An example target: a 45-minute case done in under 10, which at 20 cases a month hands your team back more than 11 hours. That's an example, not a result; your numbers come from timing your process.

Fails the acceptance test we agree in writing? One free in-scope fix of up to 2 hours, then a retest. If it fails again, you choose 10% of the fee back as a partial refund or credit, up to $350.

Reviewed AI: $4,500 fixed for one document or email job, plus model usage and software fees, about 15 business days once data and security sign-off is done.

Not sure what your systems can already do? Start with the $350 walkthrough: up to five hours, written findings included, credited in full if you go ahead. A clear job skips it and gets a fixed-price quote straight away.

Larger custom software, the Infrastructure Fix and the Website Build are quoted on their own pages. Changes after sign-off and work outside scope run $80 to $100 an hour, quoted first. No retainer.

## Built and run by us

We don't have client case studies to show you yet, so here's what we've built and still run ourselves. Open it, read how it works, and judge the approach.

Onboarding and offboarding automation. An access review that checks Active Directory changes against Jira tickets. Single sign-on and TLS across our own Windows, Linux and VMware lab. Monthly restore tests through the Cohesity API. Compass, a finance app we built and still run, and this website. None of it is client work.

Credentials held at Chrysis: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft MTA Database Fundamentals (held; the program was retired in 2022), VMware VCP-DCV and VCTA, Cohesity Knowledge Expert, Sophos Certified Firewall Engineer.

Chrysis Networks is a Microsoft Partner and a Pax8 Partner. Both are company memberships, with no tier or specialization attached, and we won't dress them up as one.

### Backup restore validation against Cohesity

A PowerShell and PowerCLI workflow that calls the Cohesity API to restore virtual machines into an isolated VMware network, powers them on, and runs monthly checks: SQL Server health, domain controller replication and dcdiag, and file-server paths. It runs on our own infrastructure, and it's where the Recovery Proof engagement came from. We won't quote you a recovery time off the back of it, because that number belongs to your environment, not ours.

[How the pipeline works](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/proof/restore-validation-pipeline>)

### User access review, Active Directory and Jira

A system that compares application access in Active Directory month to month and checks Jira ticket numbers against the authorization for each change. It answers one narrow question: did the access that changed have a ticket behind it. We aren't auditors, it renders no opinion on anybody's controls, and it certifies nothing. It produces records.

### Compass, and the sites we run

Compass is a financial application we built and run, start to finish. It lives at [privatecompass.app](<https://privatecompass.app/>) if you want to look at it. We also own and run chrysisnetworks.com, the site you're on. Neither is client work.

### A homelab, and the agent harness running in it

Our own VMware ESXi homelab runs Windows and Linux servers, single sign-on through Authentik, and TLS we manage ourselves. The agent harness runs there too. Building it is how we learned where these systems break in practice: context handling, tool permissions, and what happens when step four of seven fails and nothing notices. It's a lab. There's no hosted version for sale, and no client AI deployment to point to yet.

## Somebody shouldn't have to hold it all together

In most small firms, one person quietly keeps the work from slipping. They remember the change order, the callback, the login that should have closed. We build so they don't have to.

Chrysis Networks is a custom shop: software, integrations and processes made for your firm and built inside the tools you already run, with AI only where it earns its place. We check what you have before we build anything. A person on your side approves what matters, the manual way keeps working, and everything we hand over is documented and yours, so it keeps running after we've left.

[More about us](<https://chrysisnetworks.com/about>)

## Who we're not for

Better to say it now. We take one implementation at a time, so we don't do 24/7 support or hourly IT seats. Moving off Clio, BQE, Jobber or your tax software is a different purchase; we fix the gaps around the system you keep. We don't sign compliance attestations, and we won't promise search rankings. And no software we build makes a legal, tax, clinical or engineering call on its own. A person on your side does.

## Asked and answered

### What does Chrysis Networks do?

Chrysis Networks is a custom software and automation firm in Marietta, Georgia, working on site around Atlanta and remotely across the US. It finds the handoffs small businesses keep missing, such as unbilled change orders, unanswered inquiries, missing client documents and staff access nobody removed, and builds what catches them: custom tools, integrations, CRM setup, Microsoft 365 workflows and practical AI with human review. Infrastructure work covers Windows and Linux servers, identity, migrations and business websites.

### Who is Chrysis Networks a good fit for?

Chrysis Networks fits owner-led firms of roughly 5 to 50 people, such as specialty contractors, engineering and architecture practices, small law firms, accounting, bookkeeping and tax offices, and dental offices, where work passes between people and software and one missed step costs a fee, a deadline, a customer or a required record. Handoff volume or consequence qualifies, not headcount: about two staff hours a week, or one miss that cost more than the fix. Hourly IT seats, compliance attestations and replacing a firm's core software fall outside what Chrysis does.

### Do we need to be on Microsoft 365 to work with Chrysis?

No. Chrysis builds inside Microsoft 365 when a firm runs it, and on n8n, Make or custom code when it doesn't, connecting to the field, project, practice, CRM or accounting system already in place. Microsoft 365 is often the quickest place to start, not a requirement.

### Will Chrysis replace our practice, project or field software?

No. Chrysis fixes the gap between the systems a firm already runs, such as Clio, BQE CORE, Jobber, Buildertrend, TaxDome or QuickBooks, and checks what each one does natively before building anything. Replacing a core system is a different purchase from a one-handoff fix.

### How much does Chrysis Networks charge?

Every Chrysis offer has a fixed price for a bounded scope: $3,500 for a Workflow Fix covering one workflow, $4,500 plus model and software fees for one Reviewed AI document or email job, $5,500 for one defined Infrastructure Fix, and $3,500 for a Website Build of up to five pages, with hosting optional at $49 a month. Changes after sign-off and work outside scope run $80 to $100 an hour, quoted first, and no offer requires a retainer.

### Do we need a sales call or a paid assessment before Chrysis will quote?

Describe the handoff or job in a few sentences and Chrysis sends a free written reply within one business day, saying whether it fits and what a fixed-price scope would cover, with no call required. A paid step comes first only when it's genuinely unclear what your systems can do: the $350 walkthrough, up to five hours including written findings, credited in full against the project.

### Who actually does the work at Chrysis Networks?

The engineer who scopes your project is the one who builds it: Chrysis Networks takes on one implementation at a time, founder-led by Tyler Fameli. Proof comes from Chrysis's own builds, such as onboarding and offboarding automation and an access review that checks Active Directory changes against Jira tickets, none of it client work. Chrysis is a Microsoft Partner and a Pax8 Partner, both company memberships with no tier attached.

### Who gets admin access to our systems?

Your firm keeps the top-level admin accounts and the recovery path. Chrysis works under a named account with only the access the job needs, time-boxed and agreed in writing, and that access comes out at handover; when an IT provider or software vendor holds admin, Chrysis asks them for scoped access under their change control. Shared admin passwords are never requested.

### Can we undo the work if a Chrysis project doesn't suit us?

Your own team can switch off any workflow or AI job Chrysis builds, and the manual process still works because nothing is deleted. Infrastructure changes get a rollback plan written and tested before the cutover, and a website from Chrysis stays yours, files and logins included, whether or not Chrysis hosts it.

## Which handoff is slipping right now?

Tell us what gets done by hand, and where, before it costs you a client or a deadline. A few sentences is plenty. We'll say plainly whether it fits one of the offers above. Sometimes it won't, and you'll hear that too.

**Phone** [(770) 649-3525](<tel:+17706493525>)

It rings through to us, not a call center, and during business hours it's the quickest way to reach us. After hours, use the form and we'll reply within one business day.

**Email** [info@chrysisnetworks.com](<mailto:info@chrysisnetworks.com>)

It comes straight to us. Say what's broken or what's taking too long, and include enough detail that we can tell you something useful in the first reply instead of asking four questions back.
